<p><b>The next Euromed and South-East European water Directors
conference</b> will be held in <a
href="http://www.bled.si/EN/"><b>Bled</b></a> "36 km far from Ljubljana
- Brnik International Airport" (<b>Slovenia</b>) next <b>10-11 December
2007</b>.<br />
</p>
<p>Following the Conference held on <a href="../fol106940">November 2006
in Athens</a>, the main objective of the 2007 Conference, will be the
preparation of the Euromed water ministers' conference in 2008,
including:<br />
</p>
- Progress review of key regional water initiatives and recommendations
for further action;<br />
- updated mandate for the Euro-Mediterranean and SEE Directors Forum
taking into account recent developments;<br />
- Identification of the topics and main products (declaration, plan of
action, etc) of the Ministerial Conference;<br />
- Action plan for the preparation of the Ministerial Meeting.
