Problems of water, by the means of the rivers concerned, from the point of view of environmental protection and development

In practice, the valorization and protection measures of river spaces are badly accepted because the users see constraints without including/understanding there the stakes of them, in particular for their own activities as well economic as social. By developing an approach frankly directed towards information, sensitizing and education, it is possible to leave the sterile oppositions to evolve to a greater comprehension of the local actors which allows more moderate positions. Thus, the project will locally stick to set up actions innovating with an aim of showing and of rendering comprehensible the potentiality represented by these mediums out of matters economic, social and cultural.
