Issue 1 of 'EMPOWERS Insight' Released

The first issue of EMPOWERS Insight, the regional magazine of EMPOWERS Partnership was recently published in hard copies and is now made available online hereunder.

This issue not only elaborates the approach of Stakeholders Dialogue and Concerted Action (SDCA) as implemented by EMPOWERS in the pursuit of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) but also shares with the reader the experiences drawn through the progress of this Partnership in Egypt, Jordan and Palestine and regionally.

Also regionally speaking, the geographical context as well as the institutional one in which EMPOWERS is operating are being emphasized in full pages on the water scene in the Middle East and Africa, and the MEDA Water Programme and projects.
