Final FLAPP conference: "Challenges for an integrated river basin management in Europe" - Improving flood management across borders

The Flapp (Flood Awareness & Prevention Policy in border areas, an an EU-funded network under the programme INTERREG IIIC) project is hosting its final event: Challenges for an integrated river basin approach in Europe - Improving flood management across borders. The conference will take place on 13-14 June 2007 in Zaragoza, Spain.

Registration deadline is 31 March '07. The closing event of the FLAPP project is meant for local, regional, national and EU policy and decision makers as well as for expert practitioners in the field of flood management. Moreover, other EU projects dealing with flood and calamity management are invited to present their results during a European project market.
