5th International SedNet Conference

Two themes will be dealt with during this conference:

Urban Sediment Management and Port Redevelopment (27-28 May): What challenges with regard to the management of contaminated sediments have been met and what experiences gained in port redevelopment cases and urban areas?
Sediment in River Basin Management Plans (29 May): One of the main objectives is to encourage presentations from ongoing, major EC projects such as AquaTerra, Modelkey, RISKBASE etc. Which sediment related results of these projects may (or should) find their way into river basin management plans or their future updates?
