IWTC-2009: Thirteenth International Water Technology Conference 2009
The objective of the conference is to
bring together Experts, Researchers, Equipment Manufacturers, and
Consultants, in order to discuss the latest state of the art in the
field of water and wastewater technology. The event is also considered
as a high quality trade opportunity meeting, since the participants
will be mainly potential users and equipment manufacturers. The meeting
is organized within the theme of low cost technology for water
treatment, and also preserving the environment by improving water
management policies and reducing water pollution through adequate water
treatment technologies.
A great emphasis is put upon the desalination technologies as promising
technologies for water treatment, development of remote areas, in order
to enhance economic growth.
There will be five conference financial awards for the best paper in each topic offered by His Royal Highness PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ International Prize for Water.
