The Third African Leadership Conference on Space Science and Technology for Sustainable Development ALC-2009

The purpose of this Conference, organised by the Algerian Space Agency and the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, is to sensitise the African leaders on the importance of science and space technology for the sustainable socio-economic development of Africa. It will provide a regular forum for the information exchange and will promote the inter-African co-operation in the development and the application of space technology.
