Interactive e-learning course: "Sector Governance in Urban Sanitation"

The Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is organizing an interactive e-learning course.

Course Objectives:

The training aims at enhancing the capacity of local decision-makers to make the most efficient, effective and equitable use of investments in sanitation.The emphasis of the course is on economical, financial and institutional aspects.

Target group

Senior managers and supervisors in water and sanitation utilities, in a local, federal or national government, in associations, NGOs or other related organisations.

Course Duration:

Total course duration: 6 weeks (April 18th until May 30th, 2011).

Venue:

The interactive e-learning course is offered on the GIZ - platform "Global Campus 21".
