The focus of the workshop wll be on: "Hydroclimatic extremes in the changing European Commission funding structure"

The European Commission research funding is evolving into a new Framework Programme, including the possibility of a Water Joint Programming Initiative.  A possible Environmental Innovation Partnership focused on water is on the horizon.  DG Environment has unveiled its new Blue print for water. How should the Pilot on Hydroclimatic Extremes engage with these new initiatives?  How can the Pilot continue to evolve to support the WssTP, especially through interaction with the other Pilots?  These questions will form the basis of the workshop in Brussels.
