Objectives:
To assess the state-of-the-art and the progress recently made in the sustainable management of transboundary waters by different disciplines such as law, socio-economics and water science;
● To promote interdisciplinary approaches for integrated transboundary water resources management;
● To review current major international programmes concerned with the assessment and management of transboundary water resources.
Call for papers/posters:
Participants intending to present a paper or poster should submit anabstract of 400-500 words in English by e-mail (bled2011@fgg.uni-lj.si)by 15 June 2011.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by end July 2011 and full papersshould be submied by 31 August 2011.
The accepted contributions will be included in the book of abstracts available at the conference and published at a later stage in a book(after review).
