Douai, World Capital for Water and Youth / Parlement Mondial de la Jeunesse pour l’Eau J-5 mois Douai, capitale mondiale de la jeunesse et de l’eau

From 7 to 10 November 2011, an important step in the preparation of the World Youth Parliament for Water will take place in Douai (Nord-Pas de Calais, France).

30 young people from around the world are gathering to prepare this parliament and its articulation within the 6^th World Water Forum (Marseille, March 2012). From the official opening of the working sessions, to the cultural evening and the evening "Water and Film Events", the goal is:

to create a relationship between those responsible for representing the world's youth in March 2012,

to generate a common reflection on the organisation and the strategy of youth participation in World Water Forum and the "World Youth Parliament for Water",

to work on the themes of the Forum.
