8th UNESCO Youth Forum: "Water cooperation: it’s your turn!"

An interactive session to explore water issues and professional perspectives of this sector.

This capacity building session, organized by the International Hydrological Programme (IHP) within the framework of the 8th UNESCO Youth forum and in the context of the 2013 International Year of Water Cooperation, aims at reinforcing the water-related capacities of youth by exploring the main issues affecting freshwater resources and highlighting the role of youth in resolving current and future challenges, especially through cooperation.
The session will focus on the main skills needed for cooperation and professional opportunities in the field of freshwater.

The programme is conducted by young professionals from different backgrounds, who will share their experience and engage with participants in an interactive way, including practical exercises and games.
