Civil Society Convention: “Strengthening the Capacities of Non-State Actors” (Call for Proposals EuropeAid/131140/C/ACT/Multi)

Building on previous initiatives, the European Union values not only your individual contributions. It also promotes the networking among all actors of change, in particular at the regional level. The Civil Society Facility (CSF) South is instrumental in this regard.

During 2013 you were given time to sufficiently advance on your work plans before scheduling a wide gathering with all grantees from the Southern Mediterranean and Eastern Mediterranean. Although not all projects may be entirely on track yet, the time has now come to meet, share, connect, and discuss.

CSF South would therefore like to extend this preliminary invitation for a Civil Society Convention to be held in Istanbul, Turkey from 27 to 29 November 2013.
