The 2014 IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition

The 2014 IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition benefits from its host city, Lisbon. Portugal has continued evolving solutions to its historic and recent water challenges between the city’s aqueducts and canals at the mouth of the Tagus River and the international management of the five river basins it shares with Spain.

The IWA World Water Congress & Exhibition is the high-profile international event organised by the International Water Association (IWA). 2014’s congress will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, 21–26 September.

You are invited to contribute to this event by sharing your knowledge—leading water professionals from all around the globe will touch on every aspect of the world’s water issues. This is your chance to make an impact on pressing challenges such as urbanisation, climate change, the rapid development of technology and better access to information.

You’ll join 5,000+ people at the congress and exhibition for intense debates, informative workshops and high-quality congress sessions. There will be delegates from universities, research institutions, companies, governments and councils, NGOs, and experts from fields such as agriculture, urban planning and energy.

Exhibit fees & bookings

(*1) The early bird booking deadline is 31 October 2013; bookings received by the organisers before this date can apply for the early bird exhibit space fees.

Limited space

Interest to exhibit is high, however, IWA has consciously decided to limit the size of the exhibition in order to maximise contact with the congress delegates and be in balance with the overall event.

Stand space is allocated on a ‘first come–first served’ basis. Previous exhibitors will get the first option for booking and stand space selection.

Stands start from 9 square metres with a ready-to-use ‘shell scheme’, or stand space only starting from 18 square metres.
