3rd Stakeholders Event, WssTP, the Water European Technology Platform, "Risk and crisis in the water and sanitation sector"
(i) Risks management and choosing priorities in these difficult economic times;
(ii) What are the priorities? Have they changed?
(iii) What are the kinds of risks? Environmental, social as well as economic; and
(iv) How can we collaborate and work together to seize opportunities and reduce our risks?
Participants will examine strategies and foresighting tools to influence the future of the water research. Moving from a general overview of the impact on the water and sanitation sector discussions will focus on impacts and opportunities. High-level representatives from European institutions and stakeholders working in our pilot programmes will make presentations and lead discussions with key representatives from the water and sanitation sector.
The event will be held during the afternoon, Hall 7, London 1 Room, Messe Berlin.
