The First Forum of the Local and Regional Authorities of the Mediterranean

The First Forum of the Local and Regional Authorities of the Mediterranean will be held 22-23 June 2008 in Marseille. Organized by the Mediterranean Commission as well as United Cities and Local Governments, this Forum will serve as an occasion for the Mediterranean region’s participating local and regional authorities to express their expectations in regards to the populations being represented and to participate in elaborating on a strategy for the Mediterranean to bring a new dynamic to the Euro-Mediterranean partnership.
