Morocco: New Water director and new director of Oum Er Bia Bassin Agency

Former water director Mr. Abdelaziz ZEROUALI has been nominated director of Oum Er Bia Bassin Agency in Beni Mellal. On the other hand, Mr. Majid BEN BIBA has been nominated director of Water Research & Planning in the "Secretary of State to the Ministry of Territorial Development, Water, & Environment in Charge of Water".
