IPCC climate change science report adopted

The Working Group I of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), supported by some 600 experts and reviewers from 113 countries, produced a Summary for Policymakers of the first volume of “Climate Change 2007”. This so called Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) summarizes the current scientific knowledge of the natural and human drivers of climate change, observed changes in climate, the ability of science to identify changes and their causes and scenarios for future climate change.
