ENPI Information and Communication campaign forecast announced

The forecast for a restricted tender for an individual service contract, entitled “ENPI Information and Communication campaign”, has been announced by EuropeAid (Reference: EuropeAid/126683/C/SER/Multi).
 
This is a restricted tender, for a fee-based contract, from the European Neighbourhood Partnership Instrument (ENPI) financial cooperation with the Mediterranean countries and Eastern Europe. The indicative budget for the contract is 5,5 million euros.
 
The contractor is expected to assist the European Commission (Headquarters and Delegations) to prepare and launch information and communication campaigns during the next 3 years targeting the citizens in the ENPI countries.
 
The intended indicative timing of publication of the procurement notice for the contract is March 2008.
