Lot 1: Design-build construction of the infrastructure of the first 96 hectares of  Sanliurfa OIZ 2

Design-build construction of the infrastructure (roads, rain water, potable and utility water, sewage system, HV-LV electricity, energy transmission line, communication, natural gas and etc.) works of the first 96 hectares of Şanlıurfa OIZ 2 listed as and preparation of application designs for 1170 ha.

o        Constructing: - Earthmoving for roads structures
o        Utility water system
o        Rainwater drainage system and manholes
o        Wastewater drainage system and manholes
o        Electric power lines transformer stations
o        Natural gas system
o        Construction of sub-base, base and pavement of roads and sidewalks
o        Lightening of roads
o        Telecommunication

Lot 2: Design-build construction of the Waste Water Construction Plant for OIZ 1 and OIZ 2

Design-build construction of the waste water treatment plant that will be located in Şanlıurfa OIZ 2 and will serve to OIZ 1 and OIZ 2. The construction works will include civil works, mechanical works, electrical works, automation works, trial operation (commissioning and the operation) of the Waste Water Treatment Plant, listed as:

-          Constructing works
-          Mechanical works
-          Electrical works
-          Automation works
-          Trial Operation (3 months)

2 Lots

Lot 1:              Design-build construction of the infrastructure of the first 96 hectares of  Sanliurfa OIZ 2 : Design and construction of infrastructure (roads, rain water, potable and utility water, sewage system, HV-LV electricity, energy transmission lines, communication lines, natural gas and etc.) of the first 96 ha of the Şanlıurfa OIZ II and preparation of application designs for 1170 ha.

Lot 2:              Design-build construction of the Waste Water Construction Plant for OIZ 1 and OIZ 2 : Design and construction of wastewater treatment plant that will serve to the factories in both OIZ I and OIZ II for 4000 m3/day and preparation of application designs according to total capacity.
