Zarqa River Restoration fund by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation

The Jordanian Ministry of Environment has signed an agreement with the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation regarding cooperation for Zarqa River Restoration. The Spanish agency will support the project during three years by funding 965,000 euros. As a third party of the contract, IUCN WAME, will be in charge of strengthening local and institutional capabilities due to its renowned expertise.
