"The assessment and prospects for cooperation in the Mediterranean water sector": Final report presented

The Final report "The assessment and prospects for cooperation in the Mediterranean water sector” prepared by Mr. H. LAINE and Mr. P. MARCHANDISE has been presented at the occasion of the conference of the water directors of the Euro-Mediterranean and south-eastern European countries held in Athens (Greece) last 21-22 July 2008. The participants to this conference were reminded that comments on the final report are expected by 10th September 2008 as this report will be one of the background documents for the Ministerial conference to be held in the Dead Sea (Jordan) next 29 October 2008. Indeed this study was launched in the framework of EMWIS Steering Committee in Madrid in July 2007.
