LIFE+ Call for proposals launched
The 2008 call for proposals has been published by the European Commission on 15 July 2008.
For this second LIFE+ call for proposals, the deadline for the submission of proposals to the Member States is 21 November 2008 (see timetable). A total amount of €207,5 million is available for the 2008 call for proposals.

National authorities had the possibility to publish national annual priorities chosen from the Annex II of the LIFE+ Regulation according to a standard format. Eleven countries have chosen to do so for 2008.
