The Tunisian water legend

For the Youth International Day, the Tunis city of Science held a conference on the Tunisian water legend. Since the Roman times life has been organised around water sources and the management of water resources has always be a priority with aqueducts and more recently large dams, wells and now desalination. This meeting aimed at raising the awareness of teenagers on the importance of water management for life and economical development. The conference chairs was optimistic towards the future thanks to science progresses as well as a better management of water demand in Tunisia.
