ACWUA Training Course postponed “Non Revenue Water” - 02-06 October, 2011
The “Non Revenue Water” Training Course has been postponed so as to take place in Amman from 2nd -6th October, 2011.
The main reason for this change is the participants will to postpone the training course as they have busy schedule in the time 4-8 September 2011, ACWUA took advantage to give more time for interested participants to get the involved in the training course.
For the above mentioned reason, and to ensure the highest level of experience exchange between the most possible number of participants from different Arab Countries; ACWUA and organizers (after consultation with accepted participants) considered this postponement for the best of all parties.
Registration will be extended till 15th of September 2011
The training course: “Non Revenue Water” is certified by ACWUA, Engicon O&M and the German Association for Water, Wastewater and solid Waste (DWA).

3rd WUM-CBP Training Course “Non Revenue Water” postponed
2nd -6th October, 2011 Amman-Jordan
The “Non Revenue Water” Training Course has been postponed so as to take place in Amman from 2nd- 6th October, 2011. The main reason for this change, is the participants will to postpone the training course as they have busy schedule in September, ACWUA took advantage to give more time for interested participants to get the involved in the training course.
Under the Water Utilities Management Capacity Building Program (WUM-CBP), the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) is pleased to announce the 3rd training course titled “Non Revenue Water Management”in cooperation with Engicon O&M and the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Solid Waste (DWA).
Objectives: This training course aims at enabling the participants to be familiar with the concepts and approaches of non revenue water management and reduction approaches of water utilities to enhance the financial and environmental sustainability. Also, this course aims at improving the planning and design of the water systems strategies and reducing the complaint response time.
Target group: Engineers who deal with customers and meter readers on a daily basis. Senior and middle level managers responsible for development of strategies for NRW reduction from water utilities and local/municipal authorities/water service providers
