Call for abstracts for the Sixth Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference (JIChEC 06)

On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to invite you to participate in the Sixth Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference (JIChEC 06) that will be held in Amman/Jordan on March 12-14, 2012. This series of conferences is organized by Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and Jordanian Universities with the co-operation of the local chemical and related industries. This year, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is co-sponsoring this event. The first conference started in 1993. Since then the number of participants and contributing countries has progressively grown.

The contributed research papers will be subjected to peer reviewing. The conference also accepts case studies presenting unit/process/plant development which will appear in a separate proceeding volume.

The conference accepts research papers on all Chemical Engineering fields with an emphasis on the following areas:

-                     Water, Energy and Environmental Engineering

-                     Food, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Bio-Technology

-                     Nano Technology and Material Science

-                     Green Technology and Sustainability

Other activities will accompany the conference such as: exhibitions, workshops, posters session and excursions to famous places.

Fees cover participation in the conference activities, the printed materials and a CD of all the conference papers, the welcoming reception, lunches and coffee breaks during the scheduled break times of the conference.

Fees do not include hotel accommodation and excursions.
