Programme Director, Water Footprint Network, The Netherlands [deadline 30 August]
The Water Footprint Network (WFN) has a vacancy for a Programme Director, who will lead the development and delivery of WFN’s Work Programme, ensure the scientific and technical rigour of Water Footprint Assessment (WFA) applications and lead specific projects and initiatives.
Contract duration: 2 years with probable
extension
Preferred starting date: 01 November
2012
Duty station: University of Twente in Enschede, The
Netherlands
Requirements include:
- at least 10 years experience in the global water sector
- academic level education with at least an Msc degree and doctorate
- preferred in water/ natural resources/ environmental management
- excellent communication skills in English – writing, speaking and
- listening, other languages a plus
