New Publication: Environmental Protection of International Watercourses under International Law
Dr. Owen McIntyre has published recently a book on Environmental Protection of International Watercourses under International Law, which seeks to deconstruct the principle of equitable utilisation with a view to understanding the place of environmental protection considerations within this process of equitable balancing.
