FAO International Consultants and Call purpose

The purpose of this call is to provide FAO's Land and Water Division (CBL) and the Water group with a list of qualified candidates for a number of profiles with different specializations to enhance the FAO Water portfolio as indicated below:

• Water quality and health (i.e. water quality and water reuse) and associated biosecurity
• Water data and information systems (e.g. Databases, GIS and Remote Sensing)
• Water scarcity and climate change

Contracts will be either home-based or in FAO HQs with required travel for field missions, where relevant. 

The posts are located in the Integrated Nexus & Water Management Team, the Irrigation and Resources Management Team and

the Global Framework on Water Scarcity in Agriculture (WASAG).
