URL National Agency of Environment Protection The ANPE was created by the law N°88-91 of August 2 , 1988.  It is managed by a Council of establishment chaired by a General manager, appointed by decree on proposal of the Ministry for Agriculture , the Environment and Hydraulic Resources.  The current organization chart of the ANPE envisages three departments: administrative and financial, technical and solid waste.  Each one is formed by several directions.
