INCATEMA CONSULTING is a Spanish engineering and consulting firm working at national and international level, developing projects mainly regarding water and sanitation, agriculture and agro-industrial processes.

INCATEMA CONSULTING is looking for medium and short term experts to work in water and sanitation projects in sub-Saharan Africa.

Competencies:

• University degree: Civil, hydraulic or environmental Engineer;
• Languages: good level of Portuguese and French;
• Master in Management of hydrological resources is an asset.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years specific experience as a program or project manager, specifically in cooperation project founded by European Commission.
• Knowledge of European Development Fund procedures.
• Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Minimum 10 years experience managing complex activities, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability working and involving large number of stakeholders, including high level governmental officials of the host country, local governments, private sector, NGOs and any other private or public actors at local level.
• Familiar with best international practices regarding water and sanitation projects (technical, institutional and legal aspects).
• Experience carrying out Water and Sanitation Master Plans.
• Professional experience regarding hydrological resources management.
• Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and ACP countries is an asset.
